GKD’s Sensorzone proximity warning system creates safe working zones using high frequency beams to alert both the human and mechanical workforce when they are at risk.
Unusually, and uniquely for this kind of system, both the driver and a zone ‘transgressor’ are warned at the same time – allowing the driver/operator to switch off, assess the situation and take immediate action to clear the zone and mitigate any risk. Any events relating to zone penetration are recorded. This data can be extracted, analysed and used to inform safety procedures and ongoing training.
