PRM were recently visited by the Montabert factory representative from France – Technical Support Manager, Thomas Boisseau together with Joy Global Australian representative, Luke Preston.
As part of a rigorous audit and quality process, Montabert Dealers are validated in order to keep their status as an accredited dealer. The process involves workshop procedures, workshop equipment, technical knowledge and training, Montabert product expertise, availability of trained service technicians, parts and service efficiency etc.
