Premier Rock Machinery (PRM) is a family owned earthmoving attachment business operating from Acacia Ridge in Brisbane, since 2002.
PRM is the Queensland Montabert dealer renowned for producing top quality rockbreakers, crusher buckets and drifters but they are also the East Coast and NZ dealers for the very popular REMU screening products, the unique MOVAX piling hammers and soil drills, Rotar demolition range as well as Lehnhoff fully hydraulic Variolock quickcouplers. With OEM support such as Joy Global (Montabert) and Komatsu (Lehnhoff), PRM were mentioned by the Civil Contractors Federation in their latest article as being commended for sheer innovation of products and presence.
PRM are thrilled to announce that they have chosen the respected organisation, Soldier On as their partner of choice. Working closely with their Queensland Relationship Manager, Karleen Harrington, we will be developing a multifaceted approach to different ways in which we may assist.
Soldier On supports those who have served by focusing on their physical and mental health, their family, their community, and their future. They do this so every man or women affected by their service has an effective support network; a healthy lifestyle; a stable home life; and a secure future.
Soldier On’s mission is to achieve the best reintegrated generation of serving and ex-serving men and women in Australia’s history. To achieve this, Soldier On supports those who have served by focusing on their physical and mental health, their family, their community, and their future.
72,000 Australians have served in the Australian Defence Force since 1990, and thousands will be effected by their service, be it physically or psychologically. Soldier On provides a suite of services and access to partner organisations to meet the needs of our wounded so that they can start their journey on their road to recovery.
With no government funding, owners of PRM, Mike and Avril Davis encourage other business to support Soldier On whether it be through fundraising, volunteering or giving in kind, as no amount or company can be too small or too big not to support such a worthwhile cause. We also have the good fortune of having access to recruiting highly skilled ex defence force members seeking civilian employment through Soldier On’s partnership with Enabled Employment.
“We believe in paying it forward”, said Avril Davis, and we are excited about partnering with Soldier On and look forward to seeing them grow from strength to strength.
“ANZAC Day is often a challenging time for our returned veterans. As businesses and members of the community let’s support them and let them know we’ve got their backs”, says Avril. We would encourage other companies to get in touch with Karleen and find out how they too can help.”
